Chyna declared that she would be training Kardashian over the next five weeks leading up to her birthday, and she added that she would be documenting the journey. True to her word, she put Kardashian on scale where he weighed in at 248.4 lbs. Directly following the weigh in, Kardashian shared with Chyna that he would like to get down to a target weight of between 210-200 lbs within the five-week stretch. After filming, Chyna promptly put him to work in the gym.

In three short months of Chyna and Kardashian coming out publicly as a couple, Kardashian has already made tremendous headway with regards to his health. He also took collagen protein that supports active lifestyles. If you’re interested in these, why don’t you try antarctic krill oil here? There were reports that the reality star was in dire straits just six months ago, as he allegedly weighed close to 300 lbs. In addition to being overweight, Kardashian was diagnosed with diabetes at the end of 2015. However, with Chyna by his side, Kardashian seems to have a new lease on life and for the first time in years he appears to be happy, despite not receiving any public well wishes on his engagement from his family.
