Geto Boys member Willie D released a modern day “Hit Em Up” for media talking heads like Charles Barkley, Raven-Symone, Don Lemon and others with “Coon.”

The video dropped earlier this month and is catching fire for its harsh content and portrayal of all of these media figures being kidnapped and taken to a place where they are “reprogrammed.” Out of everyone, Willie D saves most of his vitriol for NBA veteran Charles Barkley who is seen at the beginning of the video admitting to being a “coon.” “My name is Charles Barkley. And I’m a coon and it’s just terrible, terrible terrible,” says the Barkley lookalike who the rapper threatens to beat up later on in the song. Willie D also takes aim at Fox News correspondent and “Clueless” star Stacey Dash, ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith and Donald Trump supporters who are any “ethnicity other than white.” The whole video seems to be inspired by the late great Tupac Shakur who created music videos in the 1990s with Puff Daddy and Notorious B.I.G. lookalikes while dissing them. He even reprises Tupac’s infamous rant at the end of “Hit Em Up” at the end of the new video. “F**k Charles Barkley and the ground he walk on. And if you f***in with Charles Barkley f**k you too. Yeah I said it. It’s Willie D,” the rapper yelled.

Willie D is a hip-hop veteran and burst on the scene in the late 1980s with legendary group the Geto Boys. Together with Scarface and Bushwick Bill, Willie D dropped classic hits like “Mind Playing Tricks On Me.” He released 7 albums with the Geto Boys and 7 albums as a solo artist. He owns his own record label and also works as an investor and advice columnist.

In November 2012 she realized that online promotions, public relations, and brand exposure where her “nitch”, all those years of office experience and computer work were showing their true worth and potential became endless. In a few short year she has had the privilege of working with some very influential people within the industry. In January of 2013 she began with DJ Shalamar and became a part of Team Fuego and now handles most of Southern Fuego’s social media & promotions. Attending sometimes dozens of events a month Mz. On Point quickly made a name for her brand throughout Central Florida. Being sure to attend key networking events, and conferences to not only network but more importantly to expand her knowledge of the industry and perfect the services she offers. January 2014 Mz On Point had the privilege of becoming apart of the infamous and world renowned DJ coalition, Team Bigga Rankin & the Cool Running DJs. May 2015 Mz On Point was honored to learn that she had been chosen to receive the Hard Hitta Award at the the 7th Annual SCM Awards which took place in Memphis, Tennessee. While she wasn't able to make the trip to accept the award one of her mentors Bigga Rankin accepted it on her behalf.
