Prosecutors have agreed with his legal team to dismiss the additional charge of riding around with the suspected syrup in accordance with his no contest plea, TMZ reports. Following the plea, the 30-year-old Hussle, whose real name is Ermias Asghedom, got credited with three days served and will knock out the remaining days sometime before July 1.

Following his arrest, attorney, Mark Bledstein, gave plausible reason for his client to be packing opiates, alleging that the cough syrup was for the beating his throat endures due to his strenuous tour schedule.
