Ashanti and Ja Rule are reportedly hitting the road for a headlining tour. While future dates are coming, a single tour date at a casino in California has been announced.

Last year in May, Murder Inc. did a tour of Australia hitting 7 select dates.

In addition, according to multiple reports Ashanti is making more music and will be releasing a project next month.

 

Despite new music and a tour with Ja Rule, Ashanti is recovering from a bout with a stalker after a man named Devar Hurd flooded her Twitter timeline with lewd Tweets and attacked the R&B singer with text messages.

Aside from touring and music Ashanti is currently producing an upcoming movie called Mothers and Daughters. The film will hit cinemas two days before Mother’s Day (May 8).

“I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with this great cast and crew on my first feature film executive producing efforts,” Ashanti . “I have such a close relationship with my Mom, who is also my Manager, aka Momanger so I really related to this project.”

Tickets for the concert with Ja Rule range from $30 – $60 and can be purchased online or at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino in Highland, CA just an hour East of Los Angeles.

In a few short year she has had the privilege of working with some very influential people within the industry. In January of 2013 she began with DJ Shalamar and became a part of Team Fuego and now handles most of Southern Fuego’s social media & promotions. Attending sometimes dozens of events a month Mz. On Point quickly made a name for her brand throughout Central Florida. Being sure to attend key networking events, and conferences to not only network but more importantly to expand her knowledge of the industry and perfect the services she offers. January 2014 Mz On Point had the privilege of becoming apart of the infamous and world renowned DJ coalition, Team Bigga Rankin & the Cool Running DJs. May 2015 Mz On Point was honored to learn that she had been chosen to receive the Hard Hitta Award at the the 7th Annual SCM Awards which took place in Memphis, Tennessee. While she wasn't able to make the trip to accept the award one of her mentors Bigga Rankin accepted it on her behalf.
