Michael Jace Found Guilty of Murdering Wife
A Los Angeles jury convicted actor Michael Jace of murder Tuesday for the May 2014 shooting death of his wife. The 53-year old actor fatally shot his wife three times in their home. Prosecutors said April Jace was in the process of seeking a divorce at the time. They say Michael Jace deliberately loaded his gun and took aim at his 40-year old wife in front of their two young children. April was reportedly shot at such close range, death investigators found gunpowder where the bullets hit her legs. A wheelchair bound Troy Ave was taken into Manhattan Criminal Court on Monday (May 30) where he was arraigned on charges connected to his alleged role in the concert shooting at New York City’s Irving Plaza last Wednesday. Facing an attempted murder rap that could be upgraded pending the results of ballistics tests on the bullet that killed friend and bodyguard Ronald McPhatter, Troy Ave, whose given name is Roland Collins, plead not guilty; denying responsibility for McPhatter’s death. Nas Reportedly Hit with Tax Lien
2016 is the year of entertainers and athletes being haunted by unpaid bills, as rapper Nas was recently hit with a $571,550 tax lien by the state of Georgia. According to court documents, the lien comes from taxes that the rapper never paid on past income he received years ago. One lien he owes on from 2008 is for $145,708, and the other lien is from 2007 which is for $425,842. Kanye West’s Studio Was Robbed
Looks like there’s been another interruption in Kanye‘s creative process. Earlier this week, someone broke into his personal studio in Calabasas and took off with $20,000 in equipment. Sources told TMZ they got a call to Kanye’s Calabasas office last Tuesday for a burglary. They were told a door had been pried open overnight and the robber/robbers made off with laptops and desktop computers totaling around $20k. The Trap God has been sprung!!! Gucci Mane has been released from prison after serving more than two years behind bars for a federal firearms charge, according to multiple reports. The “Trap House” rapper left the Indiana penitentiary early Thursday, four months earlier than scheduled, TMZ reported.
