Actor and comedian Nick Cannon joined protesters in St. Louis frustrated with the acquittal of former officer Jason Stockley who fatally shot a black man in 2011. Carlos Munoz was scouting locations for season 4 of the Netflix series. Veteran location manager Carlos Munoz was shot and killed while scouting for season 4 of Narcos. The story was first reported by El Pais. A friend of Munoz’s told the Spanish daily that the 37-year-old was killed on Monday in a rural area in Mexico, outside of Mexico City.
