DC Young Fly to Hosts MTVâs Revived âTRLâ
MTV is bringing back one of the networkâs former flagship programs. TRL (Total Request Live) returns to the cable channel on October 2 with five rotating hosts. Beyonce’s legal team is going to have to work a little harder to slay a copyright infringement lawsuit over her hit “Formation.” Spoken word from the late Anthony Barre â also known as Messy Mya â is featured on the song, and his estate sued in February for copyright infringement, among other claims. Z-Ro Arrested For Aggravated Assault
On Wednesday, Houston rapper Joseph McVey “Z-Ro” was arrested and charged with aggravated assault of a family member. Police arrested McVey after his ex-girlfriend, Brittany Bullock AKA Just Brittany, filed a complaint with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office about an incident she claims occurred in April near West Side Forest in the Katy area. Bullock backed up her claim with a 20-minute recording of the alleged assault. The Casper defense lawyers have not responded to the incident yet.
