Kodak Black just cant catch a break! The talented Florida rapper was supposed to get out of Jail last week, but with some many pending charges the judge changed his mind. Now its only getting worse. Kodak’s camp told us he is being sent to South Carolina jail now because he is being charged sexual assault by some under age girls. Lets pray for Kodak! Nick Cannon is heading back to school after enrolling at Howard University in Washington, D.C. Kodak Black Not Getting Release, Active Warrants Found
According to the Broward‘s Sherrif Department, Kodak Black won’t be getting out of jail as soon as we thought. A Broward Sheriff’s spokeswoman said during the process of releasing Kodak from the Broward Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale after his court hearing Tuesday it was discovered the rapper had two active arrest warrants. Joy Oglesby explained one of the warrants is a no-bond hold. She also said, “At this point, he’s still going to be in jail. We just got word that Pompano rapper Kodak Black has been released from Prison and is on house arrest. This is due to a plea deal Kodak Black and his lawyers agreed to which Kodak Black will spend 12 months on house arrest and 5 years probation. He was not adjudicated, which means he will not be a convicted felon and will be allowed to tour internationally. Kodak Black was arrested on multiple due to various warrants. Kevin Hart finally tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Eniko Parrish. Tyga better not run into cops today, because if he does they’ll arrest him. Kylie’s BF was a no-show in court Tuesday, where he was supposed to appear so lawyers for his former landlord could grill him about his finances.
