Last week, moments after receiving a lifetime achievement awards at the 2015 BET Hip Hop Awards, Scarface was arrested. The Houston rapper has issued a statement regarding the matter to clear up what he says have been some misconstrued facts. J. Cole was among the thousands of people gathering on the National Mall to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March, as well as calling for police reform and changes in the black community.
