Kodak Black Arrested for Violation
Kodak Black has landed himself back in jail after violating his probation, according to XXL. The Florida rapper appeared in court on Tuesday (February 28), and he was taken into custody for violating terms of his house arrest. He’s currently serving five years probation for various charges, including kidnapping and assault, and gun possession.
Documents reveal that Kodak failed, “to remain confined to his approved residence except for one half hour before and after approved employment, public service work, or any other special activities approved by the officer […] on various times and dates, as evidenced from the pictures on video showing the offender at various places that were not approved.”
Among the places Kodak wasn’t approved to visit include Club Lexx strip club in Miami on or around Feb. 1, and Adrien Broner‘s boxing match in Cincinnati on February 18. Kodak also failed to attend anger management classes “and be responsible for the payment of any costs incurred while receiving said treatment, unless waived.”
The “Tunnel Vision” rapper is currently on tour and expected to perform in NYC tomorrow, March 1.
