Model Drops Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby
Chloe Goins, the model who accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, has dropped her lawsuit against the embattled comedian. Goins, who was 18 at the time she claims she was assaulted, says she was drugged and woke up to Cosby “at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that’s what woke me up…He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left.”
Cosby’s lawyers claim he wasn’t in L.A. at the time Goins says she was assaulted, and in January the L.A. County D.A. rejected the model’s case because Cosby had an alibi and the statute of limitations had run out. Goins fired back at the “Ghost Dad” actor with a diss track after the D.A.’s decision, where she claimed that Cosby will never make a comeback with his career due to the allegations.
Chloe did not give a reason to why she dropped the case.
