    Brisco Pleads Not Guilty in Fraud Case

    South Florida rap artist Brisco pleaded not guilty to fraud and fake money charges on Tuesday in federal court in Fort Lauderdale. Brisco, also known as British Mitchell, 34, is charged with selling counterfeit cash and being part of a fraud ring that operated in South Florida. He is linked to at least $200,000 worth of fraud, according to court testimony. Mitchell, who was featured on Lil’ Wayne‘s 2009 Grammy Award-winning album Tha Carter III, has been jailed in Broward County since he was arrested earlier this month.   Authorities said he had been on the lam since August when he led law enforcement on two chases in one day…

    Brisco Arrested on Money Fraud

    Back in the late 2000s, Florida rapper Brisco was one of the more promising acts that emerged from the momentum caused by Rick Ross and DJ Khaled. In 2016, he’s just another rapper skating on thin ice with schemes and scams. The Sun Sentinel reports that the 34-year-old Brisco (born British Alexander Mitchell), who is still loosely affiliated with Cash Money Records and Poe Boy Entertainment, has been a target of the U.S. Secret Service since August of this year, as he was allegedly involved in at least $200,000 worth of illegal interactions such as a credit card fraud ring where he allegedly bought items from local home improvement stores…
