[NFL] NY Giants Release WR Victor Cruz

    February 14, 2017 /

After spending the first seven years of his career with the New York Giants, wide receiver Victor Cruz has been released. Cruz had a breakout season in 2011, where he caught 82 passes for 1,536 yards, and greatly contributed to the Giants’ Super Bowl XLVI win over the New England Patriots. Known for his trademark “salsa dance”, Cruz suffered a devastating injury in 2014 and has struggled to regain his Pro-Bowl level play, culminating in 39 catches for 586 and only one touchdown this season. Are the Giants wrong for letting a fan favorite go? Where do you think he’ll end up? Let us know in the comments. SOURCE: VLADTV
