“HOLLYWOOD” is the lead single from LeEX’s EP, “Sun Chips”. The Pat Banahan visual brings his introspective lyrics and vibe to life as he takes you on a journey to Hollywood. Lex is an alternative hip hop artist born and raised on the north side of Chicago. His style blends melodic sung lyrics and crisp rapping akin to mid 90’s and early 00’s influences. He puts together a unique listening experience and diverse catalog sure to appease the appetite of many listeners. With two EP’s under his belt, ‘The Lexicon’ and “Sun Chips”. Rapper, actor, and movie producer Ice Cube received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday (June 12) in front of the Musicians Institute on Hollywood Boulevard. Cube was joined by N.W.A. members Dr. Dre, DJ Yella, and MC Ren, who posted a photo on his Twitter with the caption, “Congratulations to @icecube getting his star in Hollywood. Soulja Boy Charged With Gun Possession
Soulja Boy is now facing a felony for the guns police found in his house during his December arrest. The L.A. County D.A. just slapped him with 2 felonies — possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was also charged with a misdemeanor for receiving stolen property … cops say one of the guns in Soulja’s house was reportedly stolen from a cop car.
