Fresh Kid Ice of 2 Live Crew Dead at 53
Fresh Kid Ice, a founding member of influential hip hop group 2 Live Crew, has died in Miami, according to TMZ. Fresh Kid Ice, along with DJ Mr. Mixx, Amazing Vee, and Brother Marquis, represented an early incarnation of 2 Live Crew. The trio later linked with Luther Campbell when he signed them to his record label. Tuesday morning, Yung Mazi was shot in the chest while dining in a Buckhead Waffle House, according to 11ALIVE. Lil Wayne was released from an Omaha hospital on Tuesday after having two seizures that led to his plane making an emergency landing. TMZ reported that Weezy got out of the hospital and quickly left town. He plans on performing at all scheduled shows. The rapper suffered two seizures this week in flight and the pilot had to make 2 emergency landings for his safety. 2 Chainz affiliate Cap 1 survived a barrage of bullets early this morning in Atlanta, Ga. Little is known about the incident as of yet besides the information Cap 1 has released through his social media accounts.
