Ackquille Pollard aka Bobby Shmurda has been in jail since December 2014. According to XXL Mag, the charges brought against the rapper include two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree, reckless endangerment, and one count of using drug paraphernalia. Scrapp Deleon, is currently in jail! The 28-year-old rapper was found guilty for trafficking marijuana in Taliaferro County, Georgia, in January 2016, according to court documents obtained by Radar. “The defendant is sentenced to a total of 20 years, with the first 5 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation,” the documents state.
