Ackquille Pollard aka Bobby Shmurda has been in jail since December 2014. According to XXL Mag, the charges brought against the rapper include two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree, reckless endangerment, and one count of using drug paraphernalia. Shmurda’s bail was set at two million dollars, and has been appealed seven times by the rapper and his legal team. However, each time he appealed, he was denied. Love and Hip Hop Atlanta may need to find a new cast member for its next season. According to explosive documents, exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Will Cortez Robinson, a.k.a. Scrapp Deleon, is currently in jail! The 28-year-old rapper was found guilty for trafficking marijuana in Taliaferro County, Georgia, in January 2016, according to court documents obtained by Radar. “The defendant is sentenced to a total of 20 years, with the first 5 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation,” the documents state.
