Disputed in the case is $70 million of those $100 million dollars, which Wayne was supposed to get a split of for marketing and recording expenses, in addition to the royalties he claims to have never received. Lil Wayne’s legal team recently demanded a more comprehensive money trial, after his attorneys dismissed the 22,015 pages of legal documents provided by Birdman’s accountant as useless. Lawyers…

Bench Warrant Issued For Tyga
Tyga better not run into cops today, because if he does they’ll arrest him. Kylie’s BF was a no-show in court Tuesday, where he was supposed to appear so lawyers for his former landlord could grill him about his finances. The landlord got a $480,000 judgment against the rapper who fell way behind on rent and left the Malibu home in shambles. Tyga hasn’t paid the judgment, so the landlord wants to know where Tyga’s hiding his assets. Attorneys for the landlord were in court today, explaining the landlord was upset over stories he saw that Tyga bought Kylie a $200,000 car for her birthday, which he claims is a…

Judge Denies ‘Stand Your Ground’ Defense for Kevin Gates
LAKELAND — A judge on Thursday rejected a motion by rapper Kevin Gates that a misdemeanor battery charge against him be dismissed. Lawyers for Gates argued last week that the charge against him for kicking a fan at a club in Lakeland during a performance should be dropped based on Florida’s “stand your ground” law. But County Judge Sharon Franklin wrote that Gates’ kick was not a justified action in response to Miranda Dixon grabbing his shorts twice. “While a simple act of touching or pushing someone without his or her consent may amount to simple battery, the Court finds that such a minor act does not necessarily rise to such…

Ciara Loses Her Custody Case
Cici initially asked the judge presiding over her case to give her sole custody of her and Future‘s one-year-old son, baby Future. The singer claimed the rapper wasn’t a good parent and rarely spent time with his child. Future, on the other hand, asked the judge for joint custody. Well, it looks like the judge was 100% on the “Blow A Bag” rapper’s side because he granted joint guardianship to the former couple. Ciara‘s suit was filed in California, a state that favors joint custody. So, this news isn’t such a shock for those who are already aware of Cali’s strict custody laws. Something else to note, this case is…
