Judge Orders Birdman to Show Cash Money Receipts in Lil Wayne Lawsuit
Lil Wayne was granted a breakthrough in his legal battle over unpaid royalties this week. A judge has ordered Birdman to open up his books to provide a record of what a $100 million advance Cash Money received from Universal Music Group, has gone towards. Disputed in the case is $70 million of those $100 million dollars, which Wayne was supposed to get a split of for marketing and recording expenses, in addition to the royalties he claims to have never received. Lil Wayne’s legal team recently demanded a more comprehensive money trial, after his attorneys dismissed the 22,015 pages of legal documents provided by Birdman’s accountant as useless. Lawyers…

Lil Wayne Released From Hospital After Two Seizures
Lil Wayne was released from an Omaha hospital on Tuesday after having two seizures that led to his plane making an emergency landing. TMZ reported that Weezy got out of the hospital and quickly left town. He plans on performing at all scheduled shows. The rapper suffered two seizures this week in flight and the pilot had to make 2 emergency landings for his safety. Lil Wayne’s Jet Made Emergency Landing
Rapper Lil Wayne suffered a serious medical issue during cross-country flight, according to TMZ.com. The rapper was traveling from Milwaukee on his way to California, when his private jet had to make an emergency landing in Omaha. The rapper apparently blacked out, as the jet landed earlier this afternoon (June 13). According to reports, Lil Wayne eventually came to, but he’s refusing medical treatment. This isn’t the first time Wayne has suffered from a seizure while traveling on a jet. In 2012, the Young Money boss had two back-to-back seizures, while flying from Texas to Los Angeles. 2015 Young Money signee Stephanie Acevedo broke some exclusive news to her followers on Snapchat, Thursday (May 19), as she shared a video of her letting famed plastic surgeon Dr. Miami be the first to know that boss Lil Wayne has a new reality show in the works, and she will be on it. Alongside herself, the VH1 series, tentatively called Lil Wayne’s House, is set to star Tunechi and other artists on the label consisting of such talent as Chanel West Coast, Corey Gunz, Lil Twist and Mack Maine. Lil Wayne was gifted a key to the city of Lafayette in his home state of Louisiana, and Mayor-President Joel Robideaux made sure the key was made into a one-of-a-kind gold chain. Robideaux told the New Orleans rapper, “We want to present to you a very special key to the city that we made specifically for you.
