Marvel Release “Luke Cage” Soundtrack
Netflix series “Luke Cage,” Marvel’s finest work yet, is getting an original soundtrack released on vinyl, according to the latest reports. After receiving a score and a new track from two legends (Adrian Younge & Ali Shaheed Muhammad), it’s only right that “Luke Cage” fans would be getting a full LP of original music. No word yet if the Method Man-assisted track “Bulletproof Love” or “Feel Alive” will be featured on the album, but given Marvel’s deep love and understanding for hip-hop, we expect the entire record to be nasty. Marvel Comics’ first Black superhero to have his own comic book title, has become the first Black superhero to lead an on-screen Marvel production.
