Judge Sentences Meek Mill to 2-4 Years Prison
A Philadelphia judge ruled that Meek Mill recently violated his probation after being arrested in March for misdemeanor assault and also in August for reckless driving and reckless endangerment. While both charges have been dropped, the judge ruled that the incidents violated Meek’s probation and he was sentenced to 2-4 years in prison. Meek Mill can make music again after being put on house arrest but ONLY under certain conditions according to TMZ reports: Sources connected to the case tell us Meek got an order of clarification 2 weeks after his sentencing. The judge had said he could not record ANY music during his 90 days of house arrest, but then spelled it out in more detail. Meek Mills Sentenced to House Arrest
Meek Mill has been ordered to serve his sentence on house arrest, according to WHYY Philadelphia reporter Bobby Allyn, who accessed the arrest records. Allyn was not able to live-tweet since the judge confiscated all phones and laptops, but he was able to provide a detailed update on Meek’s case on his Twitter account, which can be viewed above. DJ Mustard Says He’ll Match Big Sean’s Donation to Flint, MI
Last week, Big Sean donated $10,000 to the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, after starting his #HealFlintKids fundraiser, and famed producer DJ Mustard announced he will match.
