    Rapper Gunned Down on Southside Chicago

    Five people were shot while filming a music video on the South Side of Chicago overnight, with one of the victims falling casualty to the violence. Aspiring rapper Damond Dawson, 23, was pronounced dead on arrival after the shooting broke out at Foster Park just before 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Two of the victims, men ages 18 and 25, were grazed, while a 20-year-old man was shot nine times in the leg. The fifth victim is a 19-year-old woman who was rushed to Advocate Christ Medical Center with two shots to the groin.
