Shaquille O’Neal just took ownership of an Atlanta-area Krispy Kreme store. The basketball Hall-of-Famer and sports and entertainment superstar announced Monday that he has become the owner of the Ponce de Leon location, which has been there for more than 60 years. Ty Dolla Sign Hit With $180,000 Tax Lien
Ty Dolla $ign is the latest artist to get caught slipping by the IRS. The Cali crooner has been hit with a $180,969.35 tax lien, reports TMZ. According to documents obtained by the site, Ty owes back taxes for three years; $16,617.05 in 2011, $54,626.91 in 2013 and $109,725.39 in 2014. It appears as though he got his act together in 2015, but the IRS still needs all their paper, of course to manage taxes is better to be filing a 1099-MISC form that is used by business and more. Bobby Shmurda Gets 7 Years
Brooklynite, Bobby Shmurda, was sentenced to 7 years in prison Wednesday [October 19]. The “Hot N****” rapper went from an internet sensation to a felon after pleading guilty to conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon charge in September. According to the FADER, his attorney, Alex Spiro said “his sentence of 7 years, with credit for 2 years already served and good time credit will hopefully permit him to be home in approximately 3 1⁄2 years and resume his remarkable career.
