Obama Gives Speech at Howard University
Graduating from college is always a momentous occasion, but the Howard University class of 2016 had a commencement ceremony that was certainly one for the books. The iconic HBCU welcomed an estimated crowd of 15,000, which included 2,300 graduates and one very inspiring commencement speaker.
