    Eminem to Donate Lawsuit Proceeds to Hurricane Relief

    On Wednesday (Oct. 25) it was reported that New Zealand’s National Party would have to award the publishing company Eight Mile Style about $415K, after using a song similar to “Lose Yourself” in a 2014 advert. Now, one of Em’s rep has said that the Detroit rapper will be donating all of those proceeds to hurricane relief. The rep was sure to clarify that Eminem did not file the lawsuit against the government himself, “Eminem was not a party to this lawsuit nor was he consulted regarding the case.
