Eloe was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up 10 minutes East of it. His grandparents bought him a fake guitar when he was 3 and he loved music ever since. He started writing and trying to record music when he was in the 5th grade. When he was 13 he ended up performing for a crowd of 60 people which gave him a rush and reconfirmed that he wanted to do this for the rest of his life.
