Kodak Black Arrested for Violation
Kodak Black has landed himself back in jail after violating his probation, according to XXL. The Florida rapper appeared in court on Tuesday (February 28), and he was taken into custody for violating terms of his house arrest. He’s currently serving five years probation for various charges, including kidnapping and assault, and gun possession. Brisco Pleads Guilty to Fake Bills & Fraud
South Florida rap artist Brisco pleaded guilty in federal court in Miami on Friday to charges of selling fake currency and committing identity theft and fraud. Brisco, whose real name is British Mitchell, is likely facing 4 ½ to 5 years in federal prison when he is sentenced in May, his lawyer said. Mitchell, 34, wore khaki jail scrubs and was handcuffed and shackled in court. In a somber voice, he replied “guilty” in response to each of the three charges. Before her rise to fame, Amber Rose‘s beginnings started in the strip club. Now, the talk show host and personality has announced that she purchased a strip club–Ace of Diamonds in Los Angeles. During a speech she gave at the All Def Digital Awards, Rose said “I was a stripper for a very long time. Best time of my life by the way. But do y’all know Ace of Diamonds? Brisco Arrested on Money Fraud
Back in the late 2000s, Florida rapper Brisco was one of the more promising acts that emerged from the momentum caused by Rick Ross and DJ Khaled. In 2016, he’s just another rapper skating on thin ice with schemes and scams. Shawty Lo Dies in Car Accident
An Atlanta rapper was killed Wednesday in a fiery crash on I-285 in south Fulton County, according to his official Twitter account. While the Fulton Medical Examiner’s office has not identified the victim in the crash, the rapper’s brother and a manager confirmed Carlos “Shawty Lo” Walker, known for the hit “Dey Know,” died in the accident on the I-285 southbound ramp to Cascade Road.
