Though Chyna is set to marry Rob Kardashian, the trademark papers were filed two weeks before the engagement. Sources told the gossip site the Chyna doesn’t want any other women — including strippers — using her name. The celeb’s attorney, Walter Mosley, said that the filing was motivated by a recent spate of endorsement offers, which made it all the more important that her likeness and name are legally guarded.
