After local success on his single “SeaTac”, Yungin Yu drops his 4th single “Westbrook” on August 9th to SoundCloud. The single pays homage to the Houston Rocket’s newly acquired point guard, Russell Westbrook. With a mixture of melodies and autotune, Yu’s intentions for the track were a carefree, summer single that listeners could bump to. The track was produced by the up and coming producer, Dopelord Mike. Yungin Yu is a 20-year-old artist from Seattle, WA, who came onto the local scene earlier this year. Yu began writing music at the age of 13 after listening to Chance The Rapper’s 𝘈𝘤𝘪𝘥 𝘙𝘢𝘪𝘯 mixtape. His other inspirations vary from older artists…
