Neftaly Arroyo, BKA Nasty Neph, always has engineered his own music. As the years progressed, Neph joined a music group named the Autobotz. They gained a large audience in the Hip Hop scene in Connecticut. Neph was chosen to freestyle on hot 93.7 Cypher in 2014. He attended the Art Institute of D.C., where he had opportunities in a state of the art studios to develop quality projects.
