Lil Wayne Released From Hospital After Two Seizures

Lil Wayne was released from an Omaha hospital on Tuesday after having two seizures that led to his plane making an emergency landing.

TMZ reported that Weezy got out of the hospital and quickly left town. He plans on performing at all scheduled shows. The rapper suffered two seizures this week in flight and the pilot had to make 2 emergency landings for his safety. He was seen sipping lean, a popular drug that has brought on seizures and even taken the lives of rappers, on Sunday night in Milwaukee, according to TMZ. 3 years ago, the rapper also suffered seizures from his use of the drug. Wayne hit up Twitter yesterday to thank fans for their support. “Thanx for all the prayers!! I love ya’ll,” he tweeted.

At the time of the seizures, a rep for the Young Money rapper told MTV that he was in stable condition. “Under the guidance of his own doctors, he is not in stable condition and good spirits,”  the rep said. “He thanks his fans for their everlasting support, prayers and well wishes.” Wayne’s plane was on its way to California when it made the emergency landing. He was scheduled to appear at the E3 gaming conference in Los Angeles to promote his new Sqvad Up mobile game. After the seizures, Wayne lost consciousness and paramedics were forced to treat him on the way to the hospital.
